Loren Schoenberg, Artistic Director of the National Jazz Museum in Harlem, shares treasures from the Savory Collection, an archive of recently unearthed rare recordings made during the swing era. The Savory Collection contains once-in-a-lifetime combinations of some of jazz’s greatest musicians in extended jam sessions...from Benny Goodman, Louis Armstrong and Fats Waller, to Lester Young, Bobby Hackett and others. Presented in collaboration with the Cantor Arts Center.
