How can I purchase tickets for shows?

Tickets are sold in person at the Stanford Live Ticket Office, online, and by phone. The Ticket Office is open Tuesday–Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Orders may be placed online 24/7. If you need assistance, email bingboxoffice@stanford.edu and our staff will respond as soon as possible.

Who needs a ticket, and are discounts available?

All attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend a Stanford Live event. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Discounted tickets are available for Stanford University students and employees, including Stanford Hospital employees. 

What if I have a ticket to a show but I'm not feeling well?

What if I have a ticket to a show but I'm not feeling well?

If you are experiencing symptoms or have come into contact with anyone who is sick, please stay home. Your tickets may be exchanged for another performance of equal or greater value scheduled in the same season (excluding performances ticketed by Goldenvoice/AXS) or donated as a tax-deductible donation to Stanford Live. What if my show is canceled or rescheduled?

If a performance is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified and have the option to request a refund, exchange your tickets for another show of equal or greater value scheduled in the same season (excluding Goldenvoice performances at Frost Amphitheater), or donate your tickets as a donation to Stanford Live.
