Can’t Make a Performance?
Exchange or Donate Your Tickets

We are pleased to offer free ticket exchanges for Full and Mini Subscribers and at the $150 Friend level and above. All other exchanges will incur a $4.00 handling charge per ticket. Exchanges may be made in person, by mail, or by fax for another performance during the current season that is not sold out starting November 26. If ticket exchanges are for a lower-priced ticket, the difference in price becomes a tax-deductible donation to Stanford Live.

You can also donate your tickets, which generously creates opportunities for audiences that might not otherwise have the means to attend—and also provides you with a tax deduction.

Ticket exchanges and donations must be received by the Stanford Ticket Office no later than 5:00 PM the day before a weekday performance or the Friday before a weekend performance. Tickets for past or missed performances may not be exchanged or donated.

Latecomers

Please be aware that all events start promptly at the time indicated on the ticket. To minimize disruptions, patrons arriving after curtain time will be seated at a suitable interval in the program as designated by the artist(s). We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performances to find parking and to take your seat before the curtain rises. Maps, directions, and parking information »

Children

Stanford Live is committed to providing quality cultural experiences for audience members of all ages, although some performances may not be suitable for young children. Regardless of age, all children must have a ticket. We ask that children attending Stanford Live performances sit quietly throughout the entire performance. Please inform Stanford Ticket Office personnel if you will be attending with a child so that they can assist you in making the best seating selection.

Electronic Equipment Policy

Please turn off all pagers, cellular phones, personal organizers, watch alarms, and other sound-emitting devices before the performance. Cameras and recording equipment are strictly prohibited.

Food and Beverages

No food or beverages are allowed inside the seating area of indoor venues. Concessions are generally available in the lobby of the venue.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the venues.

Other Neighborly Considerations

We want everyone to share in the enjoyment of our performances, so we seek your help in respecting the needs of others. Coughing, while unavoidable, can be quite distracting. If possible, please try to refrain from coughing until an appropriate break in the program, or, if the cough persists, consider excusing yourself to the lobby. And please unwrap any lozenges or other products before the performance starts. Also, many people are highly allergic to perfume, cologne, or scented products, so we ask that patrons avoid using them. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.
