Of Navajo-Ute heritage, R. Carlos Nakai is the premier performer of the traditional cedarwood Native American flute. Originally trained in classical trumpet and music theory, Nakai collaborates with many orchestras and musicians.
At the Bing, Nakai performs an intimate recital with Grammy Award-winning pianist Peter Kater.
