The Summer Stanford Symphony Orchestra is comprised of musicians from Stanford and the community. Nicholas Hersh (B.A., Music, '10) will conduct this summer's concert a Bing Concert Hall. Hersh currently serves as Associate Conductor of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and Artistic Director of the Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestras. Since joining the BSO as Assistant Conductor in 2014, he continues to make his mark on the mid-Atlantic region with exciting, innovative programming, including educational and family events.
