“For sheer vocal beauty, no contemporary singer matches Ms. Callaway” enthused the New York Times about vocalist, composer, and Tony nominee Ann Hampton Callaway. The evening celebrates the life and music in a program that traces Ronstadt’s career from her early Stone Poneys hits to later classics like “You’re No Good” as well as her big band work with Nelson Riddle. Callaway will be accompanied by the Stanford Live Orchestra and joined by special guests. The evening will start with an opening set from Los Angeles folk-pop trio, Luci.
