In this restorative and innovative workshop, we will practice Simple Journal Making, Mindfulness, and Gratitude for What Is to foster our own resiliency in these difficult times. At a time when we need healing and renewal, learn how artistic practices and creative exploration can bring a new spark to our lives and work.
