Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra

One of the world’s premier period-instrument ensembles returns to Stanford for a fourth season with three enticing programs of Baroque and Classical selections. Famed for its authenticity and panache, PBO brings forth the first performance in nearly 300 years of Scarlatti’s La gloria di primavera, a lavish cantata for chorus, soloists, and orchestra.
