Peaches Christ is an internationally recognized drag performer, filmmaker, writer, and event producer based in San Francisco. The horror-loving alter ego of Joshua Grannell, Peaches has become a cult icon for her darkly comedic fusion of drag, horror, and underground spectacle.
Peaches wrote and directed the feature film All About Evil—a twisted love letter to cult cinema starring Natasha Lyonne, Cassandra Peterson, Mink Stole, and Thomas Dekker. The film developed a devoted following and was re-released in 2022 by Severin Films to critical acclaim. Prior to her film debut, Peaches created the long-running Midnight Mass movie series at the Castro Theatre, where she hosted interactive screenings of cult classics featuring live stage shows and appearances by icons such as John Waters, Elvira, Cloris Leachman, and Pam Grier.
As co-owner of Into The Dark, a San Francisco-based production company, Joshua produces immersive theatrical experiences including the wildly popular Terror Vault—an annual haunted attraction staged at the historic San Francisco Mint. These horror-themed productions blend interactive theater with cinematic storytelling, transforming local history and urban legends into living nightmares.
Peaches has appeared in numerous film and television projects, including Milk, I Am Divine, Diary of a Teenage Girl, Tura!, and more. She is also the co-host of the cult cinema podcast Midnight Mass (named after her iconic series), where she and Michael Varrati dive deep into beloved films, queer-coded characters, and the enduring power of fandom.
Through PeachOut Productions, Peaches has expanded her creative reach into the world of classical music. Alongside conductor Edwin Outwater, she produces and hosts drag-infused symphonic experiences that blend theatrical storytelling with orchestral performance. Their shows—including Holiday Gaiety, Symphony of Terror and Symphonic Pride—have been staged by major symphonies across North America and the UK, including two landmark performances at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
Whether she’s stalking the stage in full fright-wig glory, mentoring young performers, or turning a concert hall into a house of queer worship, Peaches Christ continues to champion subversive art, celebrate outsider voices, and honor the enduring legacy of cult cinema.
San Francisco-based drag star, 2016 Drag Entertainer of the Year & NITEY Awards Most Notable Drag Queen, BeBe Sweetbriar has graced many stages around the World including Hong Kong, China. As Miss Gay San Francisco 2007-2008 to present, BeBe has raised awareness to the disproportionate rate of suicide and homelessness amongst LGBTQIA youth and adults through work with organizations such as the Trevor Project and San Francisco's Larkin Street Youth Services, to name a few. BeBe continues to bring awareness to queer families through her work with the Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy, Our Family Coalition, Drag Story Hour, and other organizations.
BeBe has most recently been a featured subject in the nationally published “Legends of Drag: Queens of a Certain Age” which celebrates and gives trailblazing drag queens from across the U.S. their flowers.
Simply put... There's Nothing Sweeter Than Sweetbriar!
Fauxnique is the alter-ego of artist/choreographer/writer Monique Jenkinson, whose work dwells at the intersection of cabaret, contemporary dance and essay, and considers the many facets offemininity. She made herstory as the first cis-woman anywhere, ever to be crowned as a pageant-winning drag queen and her solo performance works have toured nationally and internationally in wide-ranging contexts from nightclubs to theaters to museums.
She has made space for children to design gowns for drag queens at a major museum and created college curricula. She engaged in public conversations with legendary theorist Judith Butler and RuPaul Bestie Michelle Visage (Stanford Live) in the space of a week. She played The DIRT (a role originated by Justin Vivian Bond) in Taylor Mac’s Lily’s Revenge (Magic Theater) and Ismene/Eurydike in Anne Carson’s ANTIGONICK (Ashby Stage). Honors include residencies at Headlands Center for the Arts, Tanzhaus Zürich and Atlantic Center for the Arts, and an Irvine Fellowship and residency at the de Young Museum. Her latest cabaret show, Fauxnique. So Relevant. sold out its run at SF’s beloved Oasis, and her next performance work, How Do I Look?, premieres at ODC Theater in April 2026 before touring to On The Boards in Seattle. Hermemoir, Faux Queen: A Life in Drag, which Peaches Christ called “an incredible chronicle of our lives,” Michelle Tea called “counter-culturally crucial” and for which Justin Vivian bond lauded her as “the Jane Goodall of drag,” is out now on Amble Press.
KARMIKA is the personification of a feminine fantasy, a concept. She delivers high fashion drag with a sharp edge and a touch of glamour. Ever-changing, deadly serious, and excessive. You can trust she will deliver an attention-grabbing performance.
