How to buy tickets
Some Frost Amphitheater performances are ticketed through partner organizations and are not available through Stanford Live’s ticketing system. Therefore ticketing policies for Frost Amphitheater performances may differ from Stanford Live policies. Refunds and exchanges may not be available for events ticketed through partner organizations, and ticket fees will vary. Please visit the event information page for the performance you are interested in to learn how to buy tickets.
Discounts
For Frost Amphitheater performances co-presented by Goldenvoice, Stanford Live discounts will not be available. Shows in the Stanford Live Arts Festival will have all standard discounts available.
Presales and Member Benefits
Looking for presale access? Become a Stanford Live Member at the Supporter ($250) level or above to receive tired presale access to all Stanford Live and Goldenvoice presented performances at Frost Amphitheater. Prior to each presale, Stanford Live will email presale access codes and/or unique access links to all eligible member households. Ticket Office Services
Tickets to Frost performances co-presented with Goldenvoice will be sold online only. For shows in the Stanford Live Arts Festival, tickets can be purchased online or through the Stanford Live Ticket Office. The Stanford Live Ticket Office, located at 327 Lasuen Street, is open Tuesday–Friday from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM for in-person orders as well as phone orders. To place orders by phone, call 650.724.2464. Orders may be placed online 24/7. If you need assistance, email bingboxoffice@stanford.edu and our staff will respond as soon as possible.
Can’t make a performance? Exchange or donate your tickets
Tickets for events co-presented with Goldenvoice cannot be exchanged or donated as they are sold through AXS and are subject to AXS policies and fees. Tickets for shows in the Stanford Live Arts Festival can be exchanged within the summer season or donated. Click here to exchange or donate your tickets.
Children
Stanford Live is committed to providing quality cultural experiences for audience members of all ages, although some performances may not be suitable for young children under the age of five. Regardless of age, all children must have a ticket; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Age minimums may be in place for certain performances at the artists' request. See individual event pages for more information. We ask that children attending Stanford Live performances sit quietly throughout the performance. Please inform Stanford Live Box Office personnel if you will be attending with a child so that they can assist you in making the best seating selection.
Buyer Beware: Unauthorized Tickets
The Box Office will not replace tickets purchased through eBay, Craigslist, StubHub, or any other secondary market. Tickets that are not purchased through official Stanford University ticket offices or AXS are purchased at your own risk. Please be advised that Stanford Live cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. Admission is not guaranteed if tickets are not valid.
