Jeremy Denk is one of America’s foremost pianists, proclaimed by The New York Times "a pianist you want to hear no matter what he performs". Winner of a MacArthur “Genius” Fellowship and the Avery Fisher Prize, Denk was recently elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. For this first solo recital with Stanford Live, Denk plays Bach’s The Well-Tempered Clavier, Book 1.
