The ticket office is open Tuesday–Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM for in-person orders as well as phone orders. Order fees for Stanford Live events are waived for in-person purchases. Order fees for Department of Music events are $4 per ticket. Orders may be placed online 24/7. If you need assistance, email bingboxoffice@stanford.edu and our staff will respond as soon as possible.
There is a $12 per order handling fee ($5 for Stanford students) and no additional per-ticket charges for Stanford Live events.
Department of Music events are $4 per ticket. Stanford students have free admission to the Department of music events (1 per SUID) starting one hour before the event.
Notification List for Tickets to At-Capacity Events
Even though a performance may reach capacity in advance, at times tickets may be released and become available for sale. In order to expand the number of people who can enjoy our performances, we have created an online notification list to inform patrons when tickets have been released for sold-out events. Signing up for the list does not guarantee a seat, and purchases will be fulfilled in the order received.
Stanford Live is committed to providing quality cultural experiences for audience members of all ages, although some performances may not be suitable for young children under the age of five. Regardless of age, all children must have a ticket; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Age minimums may be in place for certain performances at the artists' request. See individual event pages for more info. We ask that children attending Stanford Live performances sit quietly throughout the performance. Please inform Stanford Live Box Office personnel if you will be attending with a child so that they can assist you in making the best seating selection.
